ヒップポケット両端のリベットが、腰ポケットなどに打ち付けられている「後打ちリベット」から「コンシールリベット（隠しリベット）」に切り替わった1937年から1941年までのウエストオーバーオールをシュガーケーンのアメリカ工場で作製。1937モデルの中でもヨークと身頃を合わせる巻き縫いの方向が上下逆で、ウエストベルト下部のステッチに黒糸を使用している希少なモデルを再現。コンシールリベットも他の箇所と同じく、刻印が中心寄りで「o」の下に「_（アンダーバー）」のある戦前タイプの銅製を使用。大戦期にはバックシンチと小股のリベットが省略されるが、この時代のモデルではまだ存在している。
生地は7番手のムラ糸をシャトル織機で織り上げた13オンスのセルビッジデニム。基にしたヴィンテージに倣い、セルビッジには赤とピンクの2色を使用している。シルエットはやや太めのストレートで、同じデニム生地を使用したジャケットとセットアップで着用可能。

Sugar Cane's new jeans, 1937 model, is a complete reproduction of the style produced literally in the year of 1937, when was still before the US entered the WWII. Sugar Cane produced the 1937 jeans in USA. The one of the most distinctive features of this model is, the type of the rivet used on hip pocket, which is same type that is used for other parts. This is simply because in this era the conceal rivet had not been invented yet. Another is that the back yoke (triangle) parts come over the lag parts that usually come under, and that the black color thread is used for under-thread of inside waist band. This model still has a back cinch strap on its back and a crotch-rivet, which were removed after the War.
The original 13oz denim used for this model was woven on the shuttle loom to have the unique 2-different colored selvages, red and pink, on the right and left side respectively. The silhouette is regular, classic straight with bit wider legs.
