The world's first “Exhibition of Souvenir jacket" took place at Yokosuka Museum of Art in 2022. In response to numerous requests from visitors and vintage enthusiasts who were inspired by the exhibition, a luxurious jacket was created using carefully selected designs from the jackets displayed at the event.

The design on the front side showcases the emblematic American eagle flying over the depiction of Earth. Positioned at the center is Japan, represented in red color. The Pacific Ocean forms a pattern reminiscent of the American flag, and above this expanse soars the majestic American eagle. This vintage jacket, adorned with such a design, hails from the late 1940s and is believed to have been tailor-made by American soldiers stationed in Japan shortly after the war.

On the other side, an exceedingly rare "Japan Map" pattern is depicted, wherein weeping cherry blossoms gracefully contain the islands of Japan. While combinations of cherry blossoms and the Japanese map are relatively common in vintage sukajans, the intricate embroidery of weeping cherry blossoms is a unique feature not found in any other piece. The concentration of place names predominantly in the western part of the map suggests that this particular sukajan was likely marketed in areas around military bases such as Shimonoseki and Kure.
