B-15シリーズで初のナイロン採用版で登場したB-15Bの次に採用されたのがB-15Cである。B-15Cと言えば、空軍のシンボルカラーであるエアフォースブルーが一般的だが、オリーブドラブ色のB-15Cも存在している。前身モデルのB-15Bと同様にフロントのオキシジェンタブは革製だが、それまで右側にオフセットされていたフロントジッパーは中央に移動されている。スペックナンバーはエアフォースブルーのB-15Cと同じMIL-J-6251で、オリーブドラブ色のB-15Cはヘリコプターパイロット用として陸軍によって発注された。陸軍発注のため当初はエアフォースマークのインシグニアは付いていなかったが、後に空軍のパイロットにも着用され、その際にエアフォースマークが転写された。
The B-15C was adopted as the successor to the B-15B, which was the first nylon model in the B-15 series. When it comes to the B-15C, the Air Force Blue color, which is the symbol color of the Air Force, is commonly known. However, there is also an Olive Drab version of the B-15C. Similar to its predecessor, the B-15B, the leather oxygen tab is located on the front, but the front zipper, which was previously offset to the right, has been moved to the center. The specification number for the Olive Drab B-15C is the same as the Air Force Blue version, MIL-J-6251, and it was ordered by the Army for use by helicopter pilots. Initially, since it was ordered by the Army, it did not have the Air Force insignia. However, it later became worn by Air Force pilots as well, and at that time, the Air Force insignia was applied by transfer.
