米海軍が1940年代前半から1950年代かけて採用したデッキトラウザースは、 ジャケットとのセットアップで着用された。一般的に使用される素材はジャングルクロスであるが、中にはレーヨンコットン素材を用いた非常にレア度の高い個体も存在する。ライニングにはジャケットと同様に26oz.のウールブランケットと、その内側の前後全てにオーガンジーが縫い込まれ、耐風と防水効果を高めた仕様。ラベルに記載されているサイズは、ジャケットがインチ表記に対してトラウザースはS、M、L表記である。また、コントラクト表記の “NXsx27320” はレーヨンコットン製のデッキジャケットと同じナンバーであることにも注目したい。

The deck trousers adopted by the U.S. Navy from the early 1940s through the 1950s were worn as a set with the matching jacket. While jungle cloth was the most commonly used material, there were extremely rare examples made with rayon- cotton fabric. The lining, just like the matching jacket, features a 26 oz. wool blanket with organdy fabric sewn on the entire inner front and back sides to enhance wind resistance and waterproof performance. Unlike the jacket, which lists sizes in inches, the trousers are labeled with size categories such as S, M, and L. It is also noteworthy that the contract number “NXsx27320” printed on the label is the same as that found on the rayon-cotton deck jacket.
